Dear industry colleague, I would like to invite you to attend the inaugural meeting of phlebology friends and colleagues at

The Peaks Resort and Golden Door Spa, Telluride, Colorado.

Format is completely informal, no topics for presentation other than those proposed by the sponsors for general discussion including case presentations. Each participant is encouraged to render an opinion and advice; attendees will be polled and the microphone passed around the room. Each participant is encouraged to bring a case for presentation and discussion.

Attendee numbers will be limited to keep the meeting relatively small (40-50 practitioners), although we will not restrict or prevent others from attending if they request - this is not a “selected” group of invitation only attendees. This is a meeting of friends and colleagues in a particularly pleasant location, to discuss informally any topic of interest relative to the phlebology specialty. We may also ease a little into the cosmetic world, as this is a natural extension.

CancellationCancellations received in writing prior to 27 May 2009 will be refunded all monies paid less expenses incurred. After this date no refunds will be made.
