2. Big, Meaty Question (BMQ): In complete sentences and in your own words, explain how the Phoenician government worked. Use lots and lots of details from the textbook. Be creative, and answer this question from the point of view of a king/high priest, a wealthy merchant, a Phoenician… whatever spin you want to put on it.
