This goes back to 1997 where he was issued a protective order against from his wife and was ultimately charged and convicted of holding her against her will (unlawful imprisonment) helping the State of Arizona build the kidnapping stats as early as 1997! Dave Adams is another corrupt piece of shit in the Phoenix PD that shouldn’t be a cop.
