IntroductionJustices of the Peace (JP’s) are an important role in the country

of Jamaica. These individuals who work under the Ministry of

Justice help to alleviate the workload of government officials as

well as they help to uphold the right’s of our citizens. The life of a

JP is one that can be hectic, but very fulfilling as you are able to

help your community and country at large. From being constantly

in demand to certify documents and photographs, to keeping a

normal 9 to 5 job. This photo essay highlights some of the aspects

that come along with being a Justice of the Peace in Jamaica.
