The picture connotes cee lo’s personality been quite big yet subtle and refined yet his life is still in a mess.

Cee lo looking straight at the camera connoting he is trying to portray who is straight to the audience and is quite forward with how he does so

Scissor SistersThis shoot connotes to us the lead signers are closer than thought but they are closer like “sisters”. It connotes that he is more towards the feminine side because firstly he is closest one to the women in the band and also the mise en sene connotes more of a dress than a ussual manly clothes. He is proud of who he is.

The “men” are at the back who are more in touch with there masculine side however they are still close suggesting the band breaks away from the original mould of main stream artists and instead is quite eccentric

The photo would have been used for either a contents or double page spread, its more like introducing the group to the audience
