When our mind goes to Morocco, our fantasy runs wild to the endless dunes of the Sahara that reach the horizon, to the stunning mediterranean beaches unrolling along the Atlantic Coast, to the amazing cities rich in history, art and traditions, that are the real value of the whole country. Morocco is a melting pot between Africa and Middle East, caressed by a gentle european breeze. Its history, the mixed culture of people and the variety of the geography, make this country a unique and charming place.Its villages and cities show a clashing contrast with kasbah, mosques, souks and contemporary architecture, with a clear mix among berberian, african and arabic culture.
Our Photo Tour will pass through Agadir and Marrakech, reaching the southern part of the country, where we’ll have the chance to get deeper with widest beautiful spaces, suggestive kasbah and enchanting valleys, until the sensual Marrakech. We’ve figured out this trip not just to visit these gorgeous locations, but also to prepare the photographers to the shooting, trying “to see” the scene in their minds, so to recognize the right moment for the right click.Our aim is not to bring home some “nice images”, but to take out our creative and technical skills.
On the last day of the Photo Tour will be focused to review a small selection of images for each photographer.On this purpose, it is recommended to bring a laptop everyone.
When the review will be over, the rest of the day will be free to visit Marrakech. Our days will be busy with intense and stimulating work, doing our best to take as much as we can from our time.We’ll stay focused with a careful eye on the surroundings, in order to catch the spirit of the place.We’ll have the chance to compare different aspects on different issues, so to develop both the creative and documentary part of the whole work.Each photographer will be asked to produce his own photo language, so “to see” and recreate brand new images.Working in a group will be crucial to compare and understand your own work to others.We’ll be focused on photography, of course, but we’ll have also time to enjoy places, people, events an food...and the simple joy of just being together, feeding our
common passion.
The group will be constantly followed by the masters Sandro Santioli and Federica Donadi. We’ll use a Mercedes minibus, trying to optimize our available time.
