Shutter speedShutter speed is the time it takes the shutter to close from the open position.
isoIso is the amount of light that is let into the camera
Aperture & Depth of fieldAperture means how wide the photo shot is so an aperture of f/2.8 is wide, while an aperture of f/22 is small.
Depth is how far or close the object is to the camera in the shot

Manual exposureWhen a camera is in manual exposure mode you can change either the aperture and the shutter speed.
Automatic exposureAutomatic exposure means the camera does all the work like adjusting the settings to make the photo look as good as possible.
Colour balanceColour balance is the global adjustment of the intensity's of the colures.
White balanceWhite balance is the process of removing unrealistic colour casts, so hat the object which appears white in person looks white on the photo.
compositionComposition is the act of composing the image in the view finder, is a visual process of organizing the elements and individual details of the scene
Rule of thirdsThe rule of thirds is applied by aligning a subject with the guide lines and their intersection points, placing the horizon on the top or bottom line, or allowing linear features in the image to flow from section to section.
Analogous coloursAnalogous colors are groups of three colors that are next to each other on the color wheel
Complementary colours Complementary coulors are colours that are opposite on the colour wheel
