Photography and Videography Your photographer must be informed of the following guidelines. 1. Photographer and videographer need to check in with the wedding coordinator prior to taking pictures and/or videos. 2. Pictures may be taken in the church up to 45 minutes prior to the ceremony or 30 minutes immediately following the wedding; there may be a wedding or 5pm Mass following yours, so please be considerate. 3. Flash photography may not be taken during the wedding liturgy. 4. The photographer and videographer should not freely roam throughout the church or sanctuary during the liturgy. They may not go on the steps to the main sanctuary. They may go into the side chapels and through a back corridor. An ideal place from which to take photos during the liturgy is the choir loft; however, care should be taken to not interfere with the musicians. See floorplan of the church below—yellow highlights are were photographer and videographer may be. 5. Flash pictures are permitted as the wedding party leaves the Church and after the liturgy as well as before the liturgy.

Where Flowers May Go on one of the four matching stands (note these are not to scale). Diameter of the

top of the stand is 12” and the height is adjustable from 34” – 50”. The height of the altar is 42”

and the height of the tabernacle stand is 45” and the tabernacle is 24” tall so the height of the taber-

nacle from the ground is about 69”).

Where a floor piece can be placed in front of the ambo no higher than 4 feet from the ground.

Wooden Round Table seen as soon as you enter (nice for a big bouquet).
