PhotographyLight painting is a form of photography that I bet most of you have not heard of before. When most people think of photography they think of a camera taking pictures of people and things which is right but that is like kind of like a stereo type. For example you might think of a picture of a monument like the Eiffel Tower, And yes this is photography but only a small portion of it. I studied light painting and I will be talking about how to do it and the history of Light Painting and also teaching you about other types of photography.

The History Of Light painting In 1889 light painting was invented by Étienne-Jules Marey and Georges Demeny. Georges attached a light bulbs to the joints of a person and then had the person move around. This is what the first light painting picture looked like.

Light painting is like I said a form of photography and there are many forms of photography such as landscape photography, wildlife photography, Aerial photography, Sports photography, Portrait photography, Architectural Photography, Event photography, Fashion photography, Macro photography, and Family photography. Those are just a few types I will now be giving examples of each.

Now I will be showing you pictures of all of these 10 types of photography and I will call on somebody to

guess what type they think it is.

Landscape PhotographyLandscape photography is when you might be hiking up a mountain and stop and take a picture that is considered landscape photography.

Wildlife photographyWildlife photography is pretty self-explanatory you are taking pictures of wildlife like this tiger.

Aerial photographyAerial photography is when someone takes the picture in the air like on a plain or helicopter looking down over a city or anything.

Sport PhotographyThis is very hard and takes a lot of equipment and practice. This is very popular in boxing and swimming.

Portrait photographyThis it when you are taking a picture of somebody, anybody.

Architectural photographyArchitectural photography is when you take a picture of a building house or any type of building.

Event photographyYou need skills at photo editing and portrait photography. This can be taken during and event or wedding.

Fassion photography

This type of photography is used in modeling and also on t.v. when stores want to show off their cloths.

Macro photographyMacro [mak-roh] means large in scale, so they are pictures that are zoomed in very close.

Family PhotographyThis is also pretty self explanitory. This is when you take pictures of your family or a family.
