Date my photos will be taken on the 1st november 2014

Casting person i will be casting in this photoshoot is Megan Wilding

costume The Costume that she will be wear is something which is in the latest fashions. This may be a girly dress. This will appeal to the target audience because part of their psychographics in their interests is fashion. This will make the audience be inspired by the clothing encouraging them to buy the magazine.

makeup The makeup of the person in the images will be quite natural makeup which isn't too over the top. This is the most effective choice for my magazine as it is aimed at a younger target audience therefore if it wasn't natural, it could influence a negative message to them.

locations There is no specific location for my photoshoot, however i will be using a white backdrop. This is an effective choice the pop genre magazine, as it makes it easier to put the other features which will be on the magazine cover also, around it. If there was a location with a lot going on in the background it is less likely that the rest of the information such as the cover lines and masthead will stand out. Also if you wanted to edit the persons image it would be easier to edit.

props Some props which i may use for the photoshoot may include things such as a piano or a guitar. These are appropriate choices for my magazine as it connotes musicality from the musical instruments and also gives a clear understanding to the audience what type of magazine it is.

equipment Equipment i will be using is a Camera to take the photos on.

shot type My shot type i will be using will either be a close up or mid shot. Mid shot is the shot type which is conventionally used on every music

magazine cover. This is because it focuses on the artist’s face as well as showing part of their body to see the costume.Also the mid shot is what the target audience are typically appealed to, therefor if i use it, it will encourage people to buy it.

body language The body language that the model will be conveying through the image will be quite confident and cheerful. For example happy expressions and a striking pose. This will show the audience that they are a powerful role model and that they are have positive attributes which may reflect on the reader.

Photoshoot 2;

date This photoshoot will take place on the 31st october.

casting The casting for this will be Anna Johnson and Shaye Stacey

costume The costume for this will be girly clothing which bring out the personalities of the people the article is about. This may be clothings such as casual dresses and tights, or jeans, a smart top and high heels.This is effective choice for my magazine because the fashion aspect will attract the audience making them aspire to the artists. Also it will allow them to see their personality through their clothing.

makeup Like the first photo shoot the models will have natural makeup so the younger target audience whom my magazine is aimed at don't think that to become like the artist, they have to wear lots of makeup.

locations The location will also have a white background like the first photo shoot(house style). This is effective because it has a specific trend of this throughout the whole magazine giving it a certain look. Also it makes it look more professional as you can edit and put all the other features in easier

such as the article writing.

props Props i may use will be things such as flowers, or a microphone.I think that the flower would be effective as it connotes femininity. also the microphone conveys the musical side of the article.

equipment The equipment i will use is a camera to take the images.

shot type For this photoshoot i will be using will be a medium or long shot. This is because this photoshoot images will most likely to used for my double page spread, so the conventional shot type for this is a long shot so it can fill up the whole of one side of the double page spread.

body language The body language for this one will be quite cheerful and welcoming. This will be the most effective choice for the photoshoot because it will make the audience feel comfortable and encourages them to read more about the article.
