The female will be looking directly at the camera (direct address) with her hands on her face to show the bright nail polish on her.

connotations The fact that he is facing the camera with direct address will instantly build a connection with the audience. Not only that, but it will show confidence and that is what young people are all about. My target audience are people who enjoy to go clubbing and to dance and that shows confidence and so they will be attracted to the confidence shown on the front cover as they will find it relatable and so feel a connection. I chose that a female is shown on the front cover as I have researched that men are more into clubbing magazines and clubbing magazines are usually bought by them and so i will need a cover picture to attract them. Men are often attracted to females and as soon as they see the cover picture they will notice an interest already.

Shot/angle A close up/medium close up will be used here as I want to focus on the make up as well as the clubbing glasses that are placed on the model. The picture will be taken of the model straight ahead as that is how I see it in all magazine which that tells me that it is a key convention of a magazine central image.

props The props that I will be needing for this photoshoot is the neon make up and the clubbing glasses. This is because of my theme which is neon dj party.

The equipment needed for this photo shoot is a UV black light so that the neon lights could be activated and so appear brighter and also a black backdrop so that the picture looks professional without any distraction in the background.

The male will be looking directly at the camera giving direct address. He will also be splashed with neon paint. He will be wearing a white T shirt with paint splashed on it.

connotations As I mentioned, the male will be looking directly at the camera giving direct address. This will suggest confidence as he is young and confident. Not only that, but the majority of the people who go clubbing are confident. He will also be wearing a white T shirt as i want the paint to stand out. The scene will act as though he is live partying in a neon club/party and I just grabbed the picture!

Shot/angle The shot that I will be using to take this picture is a medium shot as I will only be showing his face down until his waist. This is because the main focus is the splashing paint and I want that to show the most.

props The props that I will be needing for this photoshoot is the neon make up and the T shirt. This is because of my theme which is neon dj party.

The picture will show a unique drink that is very vibrant as well as being neon that the audience could be interested in.

connotations The fact the picture shows a drink that has a very vibrant color will instantly attract the audience as the audience like to see new things as that will impress them. Not only that, but this picture could be used to advertised an upcoming party that offers these unique drinks and that links to my genre.

Shot/angle Here I will use a fish eye lens to capture the drink. I chose a fish eye lens because this type of lens exaggerates the scene and that exactly how I want it to be, this is because through this lens I will be able to attract young adults as they like to get ‘wild’ and the fish eye could show the club being ’crazy’ and full of energy. The shot for this will be a medium close up as I want to show the vibrancy of the color as that is the main focus.

props The props that I will be needing for this photoshoot is the neon paint to mix in with the water to make the liquid as well as a decent looking glasses making sure that it doesn't’t look too posh as that isn't what we are aiming for for out target audience.

The male will be facing the back so that only his back will be visible as that will show all the neon paint patterns on his back.

connotations The fact that there is paint all over the males back could because of the clubbing scenario that he was been as there are such thing called neon paint clubbing. This is a good idea as it links to my genre as well as linking to my theme which shows consistency.

Shot/angle A medium shot will be used here as I want to focus to be on the males back as that will show the vibrant make up that links to my genre. For the angle, I will not use any angle to ensure clarity of the image.

connotations The fact that he is facing the camera with direct address will instantly build a connection with the audience. Not only that, but it will show confidence and that is what young people are all about. The raving bra is part of my genre as that is what people often wear to clubbing. This raving bra will consist of the same colors that I will be using as my color scheme as I want everything to link because our aim is not to make the magazine look busy with colors. Also because the majority of the target audience of clubbing magazines are males, they will surely be interested in this double page spread as they often objectify women and that also goes with the theory ’men look, women appear’ from John Berger.

Shot/angle A medium shot as I want to show the audience the main subject of the image which is the raving bra. I will not use any angle as I want to keep this simple for clarity.

props The props that I will be needing for this photoshoot is the bra that I have made on my own.
