Easy Frames For Pictures•Open a picture in Photoshop.•Crop the picture to the desired
size. •Create a new layer on top of the
picture layer.•Use the Paint Bucket Tool or the
Gradient Tool to fill in the new layer.
•Use the Rectangular Marqee tool to select an area just a little bit smaller than the picture.
•Click on Delete•Experiment with Filters, Layer
Styles, and Photo Effects on the new layer.
•Change the “Feather” to 20 px before drawing Marquee Tool for a different look.
After you delete the selection, try adding a Bevel Layer Style to the frame

Easy Photo Collage•Open a Blank File.•Choose a size for your collage
(remember if you are printing the collage, select a standard photo size).
•Use the Paint Bucket Tool or Gradient Tool to create a background.
•Open a picture from your computer.
•Use a selection tool to select the part of the picture to use in the collage.
•Click on the Move Tool.•Drag the selection to the
background you created.•Resize the picture by dragging
one of the corner handles diagonally.
•Click on the green check mark to accept the changes.
•Use the Move Tool to position the picture on the background.
•Open another picture and repeat the steps.
•Try adding text, using a filter on the background layer, or adding a bevel effect to each picture.
