How does Testosterone cause Physical Changes
Between the age of 8-15 years old you will start your puberty first the pituitary gland (located on the bottom of the brain) sends the hormone through blood cells to the testes (located under the penis) to start producing testosterone hormone and also sperm. The testosterone hormone makes most of the
physical changes in a boy.
How does Estrogen cause Physical ChangesSimilar to boys, girls also start from the
pituitary glands and sends the signal through the blood cells to the ovaries. The ovaries contain eggs that have been laying there since she was born. Then it starts to produce a hormone called estrogen. Estrogen also causes most of the physical changes in a girl.

sperm. Each day a boy could make up to 10.000.000 sperm cells. Luckily these sperm are microscopic. When the prostate gland is full it will come out in the matter of “wet dream”.
ERECTIONS: Erections are when a boy’s penis get tough because it has
much blood in it. Boys can have erections when they think about something sexy, at the morning or even when having wet dream

More about menstruationWhen a girl was born, it already has eggs in the ovaries. During puberty these eggs release and go to the fallopian tube to the uterus. When it is fertilized (baby) it will stay but if it is just passing it will leave through the vagina.
