The Children are
doing different body shapes.

DIFFERENT BODY SHAPES

There are different body shapes and
actions you can do. You can stretch,
curl, tuck and twist. Your body does
one or many of these shapes and
actions every time you move. Body
shapes can be narrow, wide, and
round. These shapes can be also in
symmetrical and asymmetrical shape.

Symmetrical shape is formed when both sides of
your body are in the same position. Your right side
is in the same position with the left side of your
body.

Asymmetrical shape is formed when the sides of
your body are notpositioned in the same form.
Your roghtside is in different position with the left
side of your body.

STRETCH
You do this body shape
when you extend your
body limbs (arms and
legs).

TUCK
You do this shape when
you bend your knees,
draw your thighs closely
to your chest, and clasp
your hands around your
legs.

CURL
You do this shape when
you form your body into a
curved or spiral shape.

TWIST
You do this shape when
you turn a part of your
body to form a curl or
spiral shape while the rest
of the is fixed
