Man-up K range. High precisionfor maximum productivity.
Linde has developed an exclusive and innovative technology to ensure perfect control over the performance of its K trucks.
A standard man-up truck cannot distinguish whether it is carrying a load or not and, therefore, needs to slow down when lifting
in order to guarantee stability. Linde’s K trucks, however, are equipped with specific sensors. Using Linde System Control (LSC),
the optimal velocity of a K truck is actually calculated in real time according to the weight of the transported load. This means the
truck only slows down when it really is carrying a load. The responsive electronic monitoring system enables the operator to
always achieve maximum productivity while accelerating, decelerating and placing loads. Depending on the operating conditions
and subject to safe working practices, K trucks equipped with LSC can deliver up to 30 per cent higher performance.
Ò Different features are available with LSC: load recognition (to detect whether the truck is carrying a load or not, and to optimise the
lifting profile); load sensor (to optimise driving profile and lifting functions); and weight and load recognition (to adapt the driving
and lifting profiles to the actual transported weight).
Ò The overall benefits of LSC are a dramatic increase in safety, higher load throughput and less damage to trucks and goods.
Ò To ensure an even higher level of productivity, K trucks are equipped with a height pre-selection function, as well as an automatic
fork cycle system allowing faster and safer load handling.

under perfect control...
K range. The easiest and safest way to operatea man-up VNA truck.
Linde’s man-up trucks provide the highest standard of comfort, safety and reliability. We are an operator-focused manufacturer:
the first time an operator takes control of a K truck, he feels immediately at ease. That is because we strongly believe the more
comfortable and functional the truck is, the more relaxed and efficient the operator will be.
Linde’s K trucks offer an ergonomic design, with various seat options (folding, heated, adjustable, air suspension, armrests...) and five
different cab versions ensuring greater freedom of movement (including a cold store cab for comfortable operation in environments
with temperatures down to minus 30°C).
The control console has been designed for safe and intuitive operation, with an easy PIN code or key access, touch sensors to ensure
safe two-handed operation, easy to read, functional display and steering options (knob or wheel). In order to provide enhanced safety
for other personnel working in close proximity in the aisle, the truck can be equipped with personal safety equipment which displays a
warning of their presence on the operator’s control console.
Together with LSC for velocity and stability control, K trucks benefit from two braking systems: one electric regenerative brake is
activated when the operator’s hand releases the accelerator or changes direction; the other is a two-stage electromagnetic spring-
loaded parking and emergency brake operating on the motor shaft.
Linde’s K range is designed to provide exceptional reliability, and requires very little servicing and maintenance. The GPRS optional
service is an online diagnosis feature that lets the truck report directly via SMS to a technician in the event of malfunction. This system
ensures faster repair or spare parts exchange, thus guaranteeing maximum availability of the trucks.
Battery replacement is made easy and flexible using a forklift or a roller bed.
Making order picking an enjoyable experience. The V range.
Our key word at Linde is “ergonomic”. It is part of our conception of success to match the operator to the truck. Customers want
minimum effort to lead to maximum results. That’s why we have developed a range of trucks that fulfil all of the operator’s needs
during order picking.
Combining a high level of technical performance with user-friendly design, Linde’s V range lets the operator concentrate on his
tasks, helping him stay fully motivated in order to maximise efficiency. Linde’s V range is an absolute guarantee of low downtime
and high throughput.
The Linde V range comprises: V 10 for picking heights up to 3.5 m, V 11 up to 5.9 m and V 12 up to 10.4 m.
Order picking has never been
so simple.
Order picker.Man and machine in perfect harmony.
Easy access. The low step height provides easy access to the operator’s platform, a generously dimensioned space that offers an
optimal and comfortable working position, with upholstered backrest and excellent visibility.
Smart picking. Linde’s order picker range has an impressive array of features designed to simplify the operator’s life. For instance,
the platform integrates several storage spaces allowing easy access to documents or other items necessary to carry out the task.
The low console also makes it very easy to position the picked goods on the pallet. And so that the operator doesn’t have to keep
bending, the pallet can be raised or lowered to the most convenient height using the truck’s supplementary lift.
Comfort and safety. Our order pickers are designed to minimise vibrations. The operator’s platform is suspension mounted, which
enables it to absorb shocks and provide a safe and comfortable workplace throughout the shift. It also protects the load from damage.
Comfort is further enhanced by the soft floor-covering on the operator’s platform.
Intuitive control console. The layout of the truck’s control console has been carefully thought out. A clear, functional display provides
instant information on the truck’s operational status, including hour meter, battery state of charge, steering and truck position,
for example.
Order picker. Performance and reliability.
As a result of their compact dimensions, stable chassis, torsionally-rigid mast and sensitive drive and lift control, Linde’s V trucks are
able to move quickly and smoothly in and around very narrow aisles.
A wide range of additional features provide a universal solution for medium and high level order picking. These include inductive wire
guidance (only available on V 11and V 12) or mechanical rail guidance.
Moreover, servicing and maintenance are simple and cost-effective. All components are directly accessible, while a central interface
provides all key information to the technician through an auto-diagnosis program.
A good illustration of Linde V trucks’ reliability is provided by the wear-free regenerative braking system, which has been developed
to prolong the truck’s operational life and reduce maintenance costs.
Man-down A range.Working efficiently in very narrow aisles.
Linde’s man-down trucks, with load capacities up to 1,350 kg, are specifically designed for fast and reliable storage operations in
very narrow aisles.
Linde trucks benefit from their renowned ergonomic, operator-focused design: operator compartments are comfortable, while seats
and pedals can be adjusted and positioned to minimise fatigue. These features allow the operator to be fully focused on his task and
to achieve a high throughput of pallets.
The powerful drive and lift motors enable high performance and productivity. Combined with an energy-saving system, they ensure
optimal battery efficiency. Moreover, the combined hour meter and battery state of charge indicator enables cost-effective planning
of maintenance and battery charging schedules for optimum reliability.
The man-down A range is available with many variations and options, including mechanical guidance, height pre-selector,
L head or telescopic forks.
