If investment in your leadership team is crucial to growing your business, GrowthAccelerator can make a financial contribution that makes your commitment even more worthwhile – invest in your team and we will too. We have recently developed a leadership and management business school pilot which will run until 30 September 2014. 50% match funding is available towards the cost of any Business School programme, including the first year of an MBA, by removing the £2,000 threshold for senior managers. To develop and empower your leadership team during your next drive for business growth, GrowthAccelerator offers match funding (usually of up to £2,000) for every senior manager involved in the strategic direction of the business, to undertake leadership and management training recommended for your business. This is for programmes delivered by Business Schools that are members of the Association of Business Schools (i.e. most University Business Schools) and is made available to any company eligible for GrowthAccelerator, where a compelling business case about return on investment can be made. Programmes which last for more than 12 months, will be match funded for one year only. An unlimited number of senior managers are able to participate in the initiative which allows senior management teams to attend business school programmes, as opposed to individual CEOs or MDs, thereby maximizing the business impact and broadening the scope of the leadership and management investment. Frequently Asked Questions Is the 50% match funding capped? Yes, it is capped at £20,000 per client. I am already a GrowthAccelerator client; can I apply for the pilot? The pilot is only eligible for new GA clients or for clients who have yet to access any L&M. I am a Micro Business, can I apply? Yes, as long as it fits with the growth plans of your business. Do I have to go to a specific business school? No, but the business school does have to be a member of the Association of Business Schools. I am new to GrowthAccelerator but have already started and/or paid for my Business School course. Can this be covered? No and we aren’t able to subsidise or refund payments for training courses already undertaken.

Leadership and Management Business School Initiative

A great leader can make a business thrive. But having a whole team of great leaders could propel your business into rapid growth.
