After washing and sorting,
the pineapple arrives at the
“Ginaca”, machine where it
is mechanically broken
down into three
components: cylindrical
flesh (the cylinder are then
sliced as typically done for
canned fruit), peel and
“juice material”. This
consists of the pineapple
core, and the flesh
obtained from between the skin and the cylinder.

The pineapple will come to the canning line
for slicing, cutting into cube, filling syrup,
sterilization with Cooker and Cooler and then
labeling for final product.
The fruit is juiced by traditional screw presses
which generate a high proportion of solids in
the juice. The extractors are used in a 2 or 3 stage arrangement.

EvaporatorThe juice produced in this way is evaporated to the desired concentration in
multi-effects evaporator. Our company is professional in the manufacturing
and exporting a wide range of Falling Film Evaporator, the best kind of
Evaporator, which we recommend.
• The liquid feed enters at top, get distributed uniformly in tube bundle by a
distributor.
• The feed flows downwards along the tube walls as a film. It receives the heat
from the heating media on the shell side.
• Vapor is formed and the concentrate flows downward along with the vapor.
• Separate the vapor vs. liquid and the concentrated liquid is collected at the
bottom or transferred to the next stage.
• The falling film evaporator can be single effect or multiple effects depending
on your requirement for steam economy
Machines operations, including start-up and shut-down, are controlled by PC/PLC system.

SterilizationUHT (Ultra High Temperature)
process can extend the shelf
life of the product from a few
days up to several months
with minimum quality loss. The
UHT plants also allow for the
thermal and aseptic treatment
of products with portions or
fibers and particulate. Product
is heated up to high
temperature for a short period
of time to kill micro-organisms
that are present in all product.

Aseptic FillerMachine is designed to provide the highest possible level of sterility and productivity for
filling bulk aseptic bag in box or bag in drum containers. Most aseptic packing of this
kind have been applied to bulk packing for high and low acid food products, including
tomato paste, fruit juice purees, fruit juice concentrates, dairy products and other such
products.
Before the filler is used, it is automatically sterilized. The system is fully automatic,
consisting of hydraulic actuation, a sterilization phase, filling head with clamping device,
filling vale, aseptic chamber and control panel.
The automatic cycle of opening, filling and closing; begins once the bag has been
manually inserted into the filling head. During the filling cycle, the temperature can be
controlled at critical point.
