Sign In To sign in to Pinergy Mobile, use the same Agent ID and Password you use for Pinergy.

Enter your Agent ID in the Agent ID field.

Type your Password in the Password field.

Check the Remember Me box if you want the

device to store your credentials for future use.

Click Sign In.

Add An Icon to Your Home Screen A box will appear giving you instructions on how to add the Pinergy Mobile icon to your mobile device’s

home screen. Once added, tapping the icon from the home screen will launch Pinergy Mobile.

To add the Pinergy Mobile icon to your iPhone desktop:

Tap the icon.

Tap Add to Home Screen .

Tap Add.

Home Page

Property Search – Search for listings within Pinergy.

Agent/Office Roster – Search for agents or offices within

Pinergy.

Public Records – Search for properties within the tax records.

Tax Rates – View available city/town tax rates.

My Hot Sheets – Access your hot sheets within Pinergy.

My Listings – View your Active and Under Agreement listings

within Pinergy.

My Contacts – Access your active Contacts within Pinergy.

Home Page Menu Button Tap the menu button at the top of the home page to Contact MLS PIN, to Sign

Out of Pinergy Mobile, or to stay at the home page.

HomeBy tapping Home you will remain on the home page.

ContactMLSPINThe Contact MLS PIN option allows you to email the Support

Department. Fill in the Subject of the email and type the message

you wish to send within the text box. The email signature you have

setup within Pinergy will be attached to the bottom of the message.

Once you are done filling out the information, tap Send Mail.

SignOutTapping Sign Out will log you out of the Pinergy Mobile site.

For Sale – Search active listings for sale.

For Rent – Search active listings for rent.

Newly Listed – Search NEW listings.

Recent $ Change – Search PCG (price changed) listings.

Comp Search – Search off‐market listings.

Open House – Search listings for scheduled open houses.

Broker Tours – Search listings for scheduled broker tours.

MLS Number – Search using a listing’s MLS number.

Search Navigation

Each search page will have the same navigation bar at the top allowing you to navigate to specific places

within Pinergy Mobile as well as perform certain search functions.

SearchMenuButtonTap Menu in the upper left corner to quickly navigate to other parts of the site by tapping one of the

menu options.

Home – Navigates to the Home page.

Property Search – Navigates to the main Property Search page.

Agent/Office Roster – Navigates to the main Agent/Office Roster

search page.

Public Records – Navigates to the Public Records search page.

Tax Rates – Navigates to the Tax Rates page.

My Hot Sheets – Navigates to your Hot Sheets.

My Contacts – Navigates to your active Contacts.

My Listings – Navigates to your Active and Under Agreement listings.

Contact MLS PIN – Allows you to send an email to MLS PIN Support.

Sign Out – Logs you out of the MLS PIN mobile website.

BackButtonTap Back to view the previous screen you were viewing.

ClearButtonTap Clear to remove all of the search criteria you have entered for a search.

SearchButtonTap Search to perform a search based on the criteria that have been entered.

Properties Nearby Pinergy Mobile allows location‐based searching with your mobile device (as long as you have location

services enabled).

With the Properties Nearby feature set to On, you can

perform a radius search for listings. The device will be

able to identify where you are, and you can select

between .5 miles and 10 miles from the Radius

dropdown menu. You also can add additional search

criteria to the search.

Basic Search Criteria City – Search in a specific town or city. You may type part of

a city name.

Area – Search in a specific area within a town or city. You

also must include a city (you may type part of a city name)

or zip.

Zip – Search in a specific zip code.

State – Search by State using the dropdown menu. You also

must include a city (you may type part of a city name) or zip.

Street #, Street Name, Unit # – Search by street address.

You also must include a city (you may type part of a city

name) or zip.

Advanced Search Criteria Property Type – Allows you to select the property type

from a list of set types based on the type of search.

Type of Property – Allows you to select the type of

property based on the type of search.

Advanced Criteria – Allows you to filter by a set of

advanced search criteria based on your search type.

Price Range – Allows you to filter by a high price and low

price selected from dropdown menus.

Beds, Baths, Liv. SqFt – Allows you to filter by the

minimum number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living

area (in square feet).

Exclude CTG Status – Selecting the checkbox will exclude

all listings with a CTG (contingent) status from your

search results.

Exclude ShrtSale/LndrOwn – Selecting the checkbox will

exclude all listings that are flagged as short sales or

lender‐owned properties from your search results.

Open Houses Only – Selecting the checkbox will display

only listings with scheduled open houses.

Broker Tour Only – Selecting the checkbox will display only listings with scheduled broker tours.

OH/BT Timeframe – Allows you to select a timeframe for scheduled open houses and broker tours when

filtering by them.

MLS Number Search Search by MLS # allows you to enter a listing’s MLS number to search for it. Enter a listing’s MLS number

into the field then click search to search for that listing.

Search Results Search Results – List View

Once you have performed a property search, the results

will appear in a list view. You can see the number of

results from your search in the orange bar along the top.

From here, you can look through the list and view listing

details.

Tap a listing to display the complete listing details for

that listing.

Listing Result Navigation Each listing page will have the same navigation bar at the top allowing you to navigate to specific places

within Pinergy Mobile as well as perform certain functions.

SortTap Sort and select one of the options available to sort the search results. You

can sort by List Price, Status, Town/Area, Property Type, Bedrooms,

Bathrooms, SqFt, or Open House/Tour.

MapViewTap Map View to view the search results plotted on a map.

Full Details

The listing details will show all of the listing information that

is in Pinergy.

The MLS # and price can be found in the orange bar. Some

basic property information can be found at the top of the

display. The property status, number of bedrooms and

bathrooms, square footage, and days on market can be

found just below the orange bar.

The numbers of listing photos will appear on the photo, e.g.,

1/20, as shown in the example to the left. You can swipe

through the photos or use the orange arrows to navigate

through them.

The property address can be found below the photo.

The listing’s Remarks and any additional listing information

can be viewed by scrolling down the page.

Tap any of the additional sections to expand or collapse that

section.

Tap List Agent/Office Information to view the agent and

office information for the listing you are viewing. You can

contact the list agent directly from the listing by tapping one

of the phone numbers to call the agent or by tapping the

envelope icon to email the agent. Tapping the web icon will

take you to the agent’s webpage.

ListingDetailsMenuAt the bottom of each detailed listing report, you will have a menu that allows you to map the property,

email the listing agent, view the photo gallery, and share the listing with someone else.

Map – Tap Map to show the listing plotted on the map. You have the

ability to zoom in and out with the map as well as the ability to

change the map type to view satellite images of the property.

AskAgent – Tap Ask Agent to email a message directly to the

listing agent. Check the box to CC email to yourself to receive

a copy of the email sent. All emails you send will include the

email signature you have set up within Pinergy. The subject

of the email will default to the address of the property, but it

can be changed.

Gallery – Tap Gallery to bring up the gallery of photos for the listing you are viewing. You can scroll through them and tap a

photo to view a larger version of the photo.

Share – Tap Share to send a copy of the listing to someone else.

Select the type of listing report to be sent and any additional

information to be included. Check the box to CC email to yourself

to receive a copy of the email sent.

You may type an email address into the “To:” field.

If you tap the Contact icon, your active Contacts will appear and

you can select from the list who you would like to receive

the email.

Search Results — Map View Search results may be viewed on a map. When viewing search results plotted on the map, the number

of listings found will be displayed in the orange bar at the top. Each of the listings will be identified with

an icon that looks like a green balloons with a white house. These icons show where each property is

located.

Tap any of the icons to bring up the listing summary for

the property.

Tap the listing summary to bring up the detailed listing

information for the property.

Tax Rates The Tax Rates page allows you to select a state to view its tax

rate information. Tap the state to display that state’s town list.

The tax rates town list will display for each town the residential,

commercial, and industrial tax rates along with and the tax year.

This is the most recent information available.

Agent/Office Roster Search You can search for specific agents or offices and contact them directly from the search results.

Agent Search – Allows you to search using the agent’s

first name and last name. If you are unsure how to spell

the name, you can use part of the name. The Agent ID

field allows you search using a specific agent ID or partial

ID. You can use these fields separately or in combination.

Office Search – Allows you to search using the Office

name. If you are unsure of the complete name or spelling,

you can use a partial name. The Office ID field allows you

to search using a specific office ID or partial ID. These

fields can be use separately or in combination.

Additional Criteria – Allows you to restrict your search

for agents or offices to a specific location.

Any combination of fields can be used to search for

agents or offices.

Agent Search Results The Agent Search results will appear in a list that

includes the agent’s name with the office’s name and

location. The number of results will appear in the

orange bar at the top. Tapping a contact will display

detailed agent information.

DetailedAgentInformationWhen viewing the agent’s information, you can tap the

agent’s phone number to call the agent directly from

the screen.

If the agent has current listings, you can tap the listings

section to view the listings.

Tap Email to send an email to the agent.

Tap the office name to view the office information.

Office Search Results The office search results will appear in a list that includes the office’s name, location, and phone

number. The number of office results will appear in the orange bar at the top.

DetailedOfficeInformationWhen viewing the office information, you can tap the

phone number to call the office directly from the screen.

A list of all the office members will be displayed. You can

tap an agent’s name to view the agent’s details.

Public Records Search You can search for a properties in public records using property addresses and/or owners’ names.

City/Town – Allows you to search for properties in a

specific city or town.

State – Allows you to search for properties in one of the

states in the dropdown menu.

Zip – Allows you to search for properties in a specific zip

code.

Street #, Street Name, Unit Number – Allows you to

search for properties by street address. You can use any

combination of these fields.

First Name – Allows you to search for properties using the

owner’s first name. You may use a partial name if you are

unsure of the spelling. You must include a city or zip code

to search by name.

Last Name – Allows you to search for properties using the

owner’s last name. You may use a partial name if you are

unsure of the spelling. You must include a city or zip code

to search by name.

Public Record Search Results Public record search results will appear in a list with the

number of matches displayed in the orange bar at the top.

You can scroll through the list of matches which includes the

property address, type of property, last sale date and price,

and owner information. Tap a property to view the detailed

information.

PublicRecordDetailsThe detailed public record displays the property address information in the orange bar at the top. The

most‐recent sale information, basic property details, and a map plotting the property location are also

at the top of the page.

Tap any of your hot sheets to display the search results right on your mobile device. You then can view

the details for any of the listings.

My Listings My Listings will show you all of your Active and Under

Agreement listings within Pinergy. Tap a specific property

type under the Active or UAG headings to view only those

listings.

To view all of your Active listings, tap My Active Listings.

To view all of your Under Agreement Listings tap My UAG

My Contacts My Contacts will allow you to view any active Contacts

you have set up within Pinergy. Tap a Contact’s name

to view that Contact’s details.

Contact Details The Contact Details displays phone number(s), email address(es),

VOW login information, etc.

You can tap a phone number to call the contact directly from your

mobile device. Tap an email address to email the contact directly

from your device.

You can tap a search name to view the listing matches associated

with that search.
