Following on from the success of our Pride 2011 event

(Parade Protest Perform), the powers that be have

summoned Pink Fringe to put on the most exciting and eclectic programme of queer culture that we could muster for 2012. Whoever you are,

whatever you like, we’ve been thinking of you. Diverse,

fun and a little unhinged it’s totally Brighton (& Hove).

We have some of the hottest talents on show including

London’s Lip Sinkers, Liverpool’s Julie McNamara and Brighton’s very own Le Gateau Chocolat.

Hosted by Timberlina - Tim Redfern’s shambolic comedy

creation - the evening promises titillating tall-tales told and juicy secrets shared as the five acts explore the concept of keeping secret

lives and identities... whether for fun or by necessity.

highly-acclaimed I Caught Crabs in Walberswick, has come up

with a darkly comic show which takes the form of a chaotic

cabaret act fronted by Lulu a big bloke with a thirty-something son, six-inch heels, a dodgy wig

and a riveting tale to tell.

The father and son double-act are Peterborough born and bred. Both brought up in this overlooked city

best known for its brickworks, railway station and passport office. Underscored by sounds of the 70s & 80s this is a story of snogging at the lido, wedgies in the school

bogs and biro tattoos.

with her critically-acclaimed Trouser-Wearing Characters. An

original entertainment mixing music, history and comedy, Rose

sheds light on some of her favourite, eclectic ‘trouser-wearing characters’,

from 50s media star Nancy Spain to masquerader ‘Colonel’ Victor Barker, cabaret legend Douglas
