Optimized spindle pot design ensures more yarn content of feed package at

much lesser power consumption.

Spindle lay-out with pressure pulley ensures uniform spindle speed with

minimum power consumption.

Sufficient yarn path is provided between spindle and delivery cone in order to

achieve proper flow & distribution of twist.

Yarn balloon is covered from 3 sides with separators which help in

minimizing air turbulence and power consumption.

Both end gear boxes are sturdy and oil lubricated ensuring trouble free and

maintenance free working.

Apron mounted drums avoid any slippage of the take-up package ensures

lower TPI CV and hairiness.

Unique Selling Proposition

Machine is equipped with effective, efficient and maintenance free cradle lifting

mechanism (CLM) which acts immediately as and when there is any end

breakage/feed package exhaust.

In standard single deck TFOs foot brake is provided on individual spindle.

Operator can work efficiently on the machine with both hands while piecing or

doffing.

Most of the components are manufactured in-house on the latest and advanced

machines under strict quality control.

SS Hard Chrome plated, matt finished & sand blasted spindle - pots give better life

& gentle touch to yarn.

Sturdy Traverse & Twist Change Gear boxes with oil circulation system ensures

longer life & trouble - free working.

Unique Selling Proposition

By understanding the balloon geometry, spindle pot design has been optimized

which helped in more yarn content of the feed package at much lesser power

consumption.

For example with the 110 mm spindle, we can offer up to 130 mm pot for the counts

2/50s and coarser. Similarly 150mm pot is supplied with 130mm spindle.

So the power consumption of the machine is as per 130mm spindle whereas the

yarn content is as per 150mm pot.

Spindles geometry and design doesn’t allow the fluff accumulation between

stationary and rotating spindle which helps in maintaining the TPI CV%.
