WORK WITH GOD THIS SATURDAY
There are two ways to join in
God’s work in and around
the church building on
Saturday 4th February and we need you to join in!
Re:source, where we equip disciples to make disciples, is
having an open session on
“Getting more from scripture” from 10am to noon. Hartmut Kopsch has already done the theological
heavy work.
He will lead a very accessible
session for everyone who
wants to hear more from
God through his word. It is a
life changing experience
which can allow God to work
through you in new ways.
This session is free and open to everyone - you don’t need to have come to any of
the Monday night meetings.
While you are here, we will
also have a practical
working party around the grounds and building from
9am, including lots to do after Re:source from noon.
You can help with outdoor
jobs including sweeping the
dr i veways , spread ing
chippings and edging lawns.
Please bring appropriate
tools if you have them.
Inside we’ll be cleaning
windows, the tower room
and more. You don’t need to
be a DIY expert, just up for
some helping and fun, with
lunch to share around 1pm.
NEXT SUNDAY LUNCH
SURVEY—THANKS!
Our regular once a month
Bring and Share lunch is next Sunday. It’s a time to
eat and fellowship together.
Please bring lasagne, salad, bread, dessert, cake or cold drinks.
Please come and see if you can
help clear up. There is always
good fellowship to be had in
the kitchen! We should only
need you occasionally if
everyone helps !!
To Liz Sweet for February 1st and Janka Laukova for February 3rd! If you have an
upcoming birthday, please
email [email protected]
HAPPY BIRTHDAY
KNIT ‘N’ NATTER
The next meeting is on
Thursday February 2nd at 7.30pm at 50 Crantock
Drive, Almondsbury, BS32
4HD. We are currently
knitting squares to make
into single blankets for

Madagascar.
