An example of our CSR initiatives: Pirtek Fishing Challenge • The Challenge continues to help fund vital

medical research. In its 7th year in 2015, over 8000 anglers from all over Australia – mums, dads, kids and grandparents – competed making the event a one-day fishing challenge unlike any other competition.

• All funds raised go to support the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and the Peter Duncan Neurosciences Research Unit


Learning & Development Our people are our Business.

Capability is one of the foundation elements of Pirtek's operations. As such we invest heavily in our award winning development programmes.

We are also a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) which means we can deliver training to not only our own staff but the staff of our customers.

We offer training in technical & business skills such as leadership & Fire Suppression.

Pirtek OEM

Pirtek OEM Pty Ltd established in 2006 operates as a fully owned and supported business unit of Pirtek Fluid Systems. This provides a support mechanism for the Pirtek network. The areas such as large volume hose requirements or specialised hoses can be undertaken within the OEM department thus reducing the burden on the franchises day to day business activity.

Our OEM workshop provides a team of fully trained staff along with the industry’s highest quality machinery to ensure quality assurance is maintained. Our Staff are available with technical advice to provide day to day assistance to all our customers. The capabilities range from:

Pirtek OEM is able to provide a number of additional key elements to your business without creating unnecessary in house resources and with this flexible resource and the ongoing push within the OEM marketplace, the result will be a stronger Pirtek hose replacement market for the future.


BPI – Testing & Certification

BPI Technologies established in 2009 is a 100% Australian owned company dedicated to providing industries, both locally and internationally with premium quality testing, certification and analysis services.

Our NATA accreditation coupled with our third party ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification provides our client base with a wide range of testing services meeting all relevant Australian and International standards. The flexibility of our system also allows for testing to meet individual client specifications if required.

Our state of the art laboratory has a wide range of testing equipment catering to a vast range of industries including: Automotive, Defence, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Mining, OEM, Oil & Gas and Pharmaceutical.

With our experienced and skilled team, BPI Technologies also offer: · Test reports · Cause analysis reports – Internal NDT inspections (colour photos and video available) can be

conducted with a Borescope · Assessment of conformity with specifications - Assistance with research and development & Interpretation of results

Pirtek Oil & Gas established a business unit with Pirtek Fluid Systems in 2013 which is proudly and uniquely Australian owned.

The formation of Pirtek Oil & Gas as a specialised supplier of low, high & ultra-high pressure hose assemblies will enhance Pirtek’s total offering by providing state of the art specialist products and services with more than 30 years combined experience specifically in the oil and gas industry.

Ultra High Pressure Assemblies

Pirtek is a certified and audited SPIR STAR assembly centre carrying a large range of water blast, jacking and methanol injection hoses and fittings. Testing and certification equipment ensures compliance to Australian and International standards
