Personnel Requirements - Specialists

The specialists that I would need for my production would be an editor, DoP and make-up artist. The reason why I would need a specialist in editing is so that I can have good edits in chase scene and special effect when needed. I would want a specialist DoP because they will provide good shots of the scene which will allow the editor to improve the productions. Finally I feel like having a make-up specialist would make sure that the character fits the scene and it looks realistic.
