Tasked me to produce a short documentary relevant to the north-east

and the 16-25 year old audience

Target Audience

•16-25 year old

•C1-E socioeconomic

•Scene kids, Young Alternatives, Emo’s, Metal Heads

•Male 80% and Female 20%

•College and University Students

Constraints target audience present

•No under 18’s participating in illegal activities such as drinking alcohol

•No footage of violence or drug taking

•Fast paced editing will be needed to keep the audience enticed

•People in the documentary will need to be of the same age and tribes

Bands first practice and interview with Scott Wilson. Close up’s and extreme close ups on band members and instruments and medium/medium long shots of the whole band practicing at the forum. Medium close up during the interview held at the forum. 2mins approx

Short interviews with individual band members, medium close ups held at my studio. More varying shots of further practices ranging from medium long shots to extreme close ups. Interview with somebody at the forum about getting the band their first gig, medium close up3mins approx

Establishing shots of the forum stage. Short interviews again telling the band whether they have got a gig or not and their reactions to the news. Medium close ups at my studio. 1:30approx
