Assemble the conveyor (s) following instructions in the owner manual. 2. Lay the Guide Rails out as required on the conveyor belt with the “T” slots facing up. 3. Locate positions to mount Guide Rail Support Uprights to the conveyor sideframe by positioning one central to each Guide Rail Section. Most Guide Rails require one Support Arm positioned toward the middle of the rail. Additional supports may be required for longer guide rails. 4. Install “T” nuts, as required into each Guide Rail Section. (Nuts included with Support Arms.) 5. Attach and secure Guide Rail Pivot End Caps using the 3/32 Allen wrench taking care to not over tighten. 6. Install Guide Rail Support Uprights to conveyor frame “T” slots using hardware provided. 7. Attach Support Arms to Guide Rail Support Uprights using hardware as shown and 5/32 Allen wrench. Leave screws loose until final setup. 8. Lock Guide Rails Support Arms to Support Uprights and Guide Rails once desired position is achieved. Re-adjust as necessary by loosening Support Arm screws. Pivot Guide Rails Installation

1. Assemble the conveyor (s) following instructions in the owner manual.

2. Lay the Guide Rails out as required on the conveyor belt with the “T” slots facing up. 3. Locate positions to mount Guide Rail Support Uprights to the conveyor sideframe by positioning one

central to each Guide Rail Section. Most Guide Rails require one Support Arm positioned toward the middle of the rail. Additional supports may be required for longer guide rails.

Install Safe Conveyor Guide walls to the guide rail where needed using screws and brackets as shown.

Note: Guide walls are designed to rest on the belt. Guide arms may not be strong enough to support

guide walls above the belt. Adjust guide rails support uprights to lowest setting before installing guide walls.
