PLACEMENT AND CAREER GUIDANCE CELLIIMC students’ splurge of talents attract pool of recruiters every year. A tremendous beginning of placement started this academic year with high hopes and aspiration from November 2015. Major recruiters were from Fortune 500 companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ADP, Factset, Franklin Templeton, DuPont and also from major Indian Companies like Godrej, Karvy, ICICI, Wipro.

Companies have shown a great interest in recruiting ample number of students and appreciated their caliber/skill. IIMC students were offered a variety of job roles from wide spectrum of sectors across multiple domains. These include offers from IT/ITES, E-Commerce, BFSI, Manufacturing logistics, etc.,

IIMC received an overwhelming response from the corporate world for campus placements of students during 2015-2016. More than 20 companies have participated in placement process and offered jobs to 159 students. The highest annual package offered to students was Rs.3 Lakhs and the average annual package was Rs.2 Lakhs. Placements saw a steep rise during this year. Concentrix has recruited 60 students and set up a record in the history of IIMC.

IIMC Placement & Guidance Cell hones the skills of students to face group discussions and rigorous interview sessions and emerge them as winners in the present globalized/competitive era.
