To create awareness about the job opportunities among the students.

To create awareness to face the Aptitude Tests and Interviews.

To provide Job opportunity to college students through Campus Interviews.

To organize guidance/awareness lectures for students

To send students to attend campus interviews at other places.

Placement cell activities to be carried out:

Process of the placement cell

Companies visit the college and request for their requirements. Accordingly

college informs the students by displaying notices on notice board or circulating

notice through the classrooms.

College send student database to companies according to their request.

College makes correspondence with companies for recruitment in their company.

Counseling and guidance

Committee organizes awareness lectures, seminars and provides guidance to all the

interested students regarding how to face the selection committee, aptitude test, group

discussion, personal interviews etc.

Selection process

According to company schedule, college arranges campus interviews by arranging

the venue for aptitude test, group discussion, personal interviews etc.

Company submits the list of the short listed students to the college and also

informs the students.

College displays the list of selected candidates on notice board.
