ABOUT COLLEGEPanimalar Polytechnic College is a Christian Minority Institution of higher

education meant for aspiring the youth, and comes under the direction of the JaiSakthiEducational Trust. The College, an ISO certified institution located in Nelson ManickamRoad, Nungambakkam, inculates a spirit of learning and discipline in a campus that offershigh class facilities to its students.

DEPARTMENT OFCOMPUTER  ENGINEERING

The Department imparts best training to the studentson Computer Engineering. The Department provides state ofthe art computing facilities to the students. It also promotesactive industry-institute collaboration by identifying areas ofinterest. The Department with well equipped laboratory impartsquality practical education.

The department aims to create computer engineers whocan make a mark in many aspects of computing. The excellentband of teaching stimulates the judicious blend of moderneducation with vigorous work schedule and indefatigable teamspirit. The Engineering program is a challenging one, whichprovides solution by analyzing and solving the key issues of ITindustry. Core facilities such as the computer center, lecturehalls, libraries, audio and visual exhibits lab have beenconstantly upgraded.

DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRONICS &    COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING

The Department of ECE has been established to render services to meet the growing globalchallenges of engineering industries by educating the students to become exemplaryprofessional Electronics and Communication engineers of high ethics.

The laboratories are well equipped with modern training facilities that cater to therequirements of the DOTE syllabus as well as the requirements of the industry. TheDepartment has well experienced faculty and staff of proven ability and diversespecialization. The department also conducts industrial visits depending upon the DOTEsyllabus to improve the practical skills to the students and expose them to acquire with theactual industrial environment as well as to derive the motivation to an aspiring career.

DEPARTMENT OFELECTRICAL &    ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING

The Department of EEE has been established toequip the students with advanced knowledge in the field ofelectrical and electronics engineering as well asprofessional skills necessary to face the challenges of thefuture.

The Department emerges as a centre of excellencein developing the total personality of the students andmaking them technologically superior and ethically strongwho in turn become the asset of the society. The objective ofthe department is to make breakthroughs in Technology thatenable people to communicate more easily, manage theirenvironment more effectively and lead more comfortablelives than ever before.

The department of Mechanical Engineering atPanimalar Polytechnic College with its commitment toexcellence educates the engineers of tomorrow byintegrating classroom theory and practical hands-onprojects, and also by emphasizing the process of learningand critical thinking by conducting industrial visits.

The teaching and research programs in the departmentare organized according to both disciplinary andinter-disciplinary themes. We cover all the core disciplinaryareas of Mechanical Engineering including
