Buddhism• The temple or churches are places of worship for the
Buddhism, most of the time in temples women stayed in the opposite side from the men.
Temples of Buddhism
• One of the temples is The Hsi Lai Temple, which was built in 1988 by the Taiwanese Buddhist
• The temple was built in the fashion of Ming and Qing dynasty architecture. Hsi Lai, was built to spread Buddhism in the West .
• The Chinese Buddhist monastery it bears very little resemblance to the temples in India or other Buddhist countries.
• Normally there are three groups of buildings which are separated by courtyards.
• The monastery, like other Chinese structures, normally faces south.
Famous Buddhism Temples • The most famous Buddhism temple is located in Bangkok, • it is called The Grand Place it is the Emerald Buddha Temple,
where the former Royal family used to live a long time ago, • It is surrounded by 1,900 meters of white walls, consists of
more than 100 uniquely beautiful building and throne halls with highly decorated architectural details.
Christianity• Churches is the place of
worship for the Christianity
• There is a leader which leads
through the prayers he is
called the priest.
• Christianity is a religion where
people pray to Jesus Christ and
GOD.
Churches of Christianity•The ancient Parish Church of St Helens which is located at
Darley Dale •It dates from the 12th century and contains monuments to Sir John de Darley (Lord of the Manor over 600 years ago).
• Cathedrals has the Bishop’s Seat within it a place where the main clergyperson of a diocese, the Bishop, has an opportunity to conduct worship.
• The design of a cathedral is similar in many ways to that of a church, but generally with larger proportions.
• The interior of the cathedral will often be found extremely beautiful stained glass and other carefully crafted stonework.

The most famous Cathedral
• The world most famous Cathedral which Rodin called the Acropolis of France, is a remarkable testament to medieval architecture.
• The Acropolis of France includes the sculpture, the 12' and 13' century stained glass and the amazing collection of ancient musical instruments.
• The cathedral is in an old Town of medieval cobbled streets, gabled houses and charming footbridges at its foot.
Hinduism
• Hinduism communities are well established in many large cities and increasingly villages in the UK where lot of different types of places of worship.
• It is likely you will find in the main cities and towns that the Hindu communities have adapted buildings for use as a place of worship.
Hindu temple
• The Bahai house of worship, which is one of the hindu temples are open to all peoples.
• Their architectural styles differ widely, the nine sides and central dome common to all of them symbolize at once the diversity of the human race and its essential oneness.
• Devotional programs are simple, consisting of prayers, meditations, and the reading of selections from the sacred scriptures of the Bahá'í Faith and other world religions.
• Music is provided by unaccompanied choirs.
