Placing a Point Redemption OrderOnline
Our new Shopping Cart allows you redeem your Loyalty Rewards Points Online
To access the new Shopping Cart, log into your Virtual Office (VO)
Your Virtual Office will open to the “Shop” tab, listed near the top of the screen.
In the Shop tab, you will see a link on the left side of the screen that will allow you to access the new Shopping Cart.
Before processing a Point Redemption Order Please Remember:
• Some products (such as diffusers and business tools – like brochures and magazines) are NOT available to be purchased using Rewards Points
• All Point Redemption Orders are final. • No changes, returns, or exchanges can be made once
the order has been paid for.
LOCAL OR INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
When you first login to the new Shopping Cart you will be asked to select your default of where you would like your products shipped. Choose the location for the current order you are making.
Once logged in you can switch between Local and International so this can be changed from order to order. See image below.
To begin a Point Redemption Order, start shopping by using the Product Categories near the top of the screen.
NOTE: Do not start by clicking anywhere in the Scheduled LRP Orders area. Doing so will link all your changes to your LRP and you will not be able to make it a Point Only Order.
In each Product Category, our products are divided into sub-categories to make them easier to find.
Simply click on a sub-category link to view items within that product line.
Click the “Add to Cart” button beneath the item you wish to add to your order.
You can change the quantity you wish to purchase in the Quantity Box next to each item.
The two most recently added items will appear in the “Recently Added” area of the Cart Summary
To view your cart and/or process your order, click “Go to Cart”
To make your order a Point Only Order, use the “Use Points?” column drop downs to change all of your products to using points.
The drop down allows you to select the quantity of each product that you would like to purchase with points.
NOTE: Don’t forget to to click the ‘VIEW TOTALS’ button to re-calculate the cart order and shipping costs after you use your points – this will confirm all the
updates you made in this window.
You can see: • How many remaining Reward points you have • How many points you have used so far
On a Point Only order there will be no PV and no dollar amount listed below the items.
Click the “Continue” button to Review Your Order
• To continue adding product, click on “Continue Shopping”• If you need to edit any of the shipping or payment details
click “Return to Cart”• To clear your cart and delete the order click on “Clear
changes”
To change your Shipping Address (for sending a gift, sending a
retail order to a retail customer, etc.) click on the “Edit” link next to your Ship To Information
A new window will appear.
In this new “Edit Shipping Address” window, you can:• Add new addresses• Select previously used
addresses• Edit previously used
addresses• Remove old addresses
To change your Billing Address (if you use a new card this will help prevent it from being
declined) click on the “Edit” link next to your Bill To Information
A new window will appear.
In this new “Edit Billing Address” window, you can:• Add new addresses• Select previously used
addresses• Edit previously used
addresses• Remove old addresses
To change your Payment information (when credit card is expired, or
to use a different credit card on this order) click on the “Edit” link next to your Payment Information
A new window will appear.
In this new “Edit Payment Information window, you can:• Add new payment types• Select previously used
payment types• Edit previously used
payment types• Remove old payment types
Payment information is needed on a Point Only Order for taxes, shipping, and applicable Point Redemption Fees
To select where your Confirmation Email will be sent, click on the “Edit” button next to “Send Confirmation To”
A new window will appear.
In this new “Edit Email Address” box you can enter the email address that you wish this order’s Confirmation Email to be sent
NOTE: This will NOT change the email address associated with your account.
In the “Order Summary” note the following charges on your Point Only Order:• Shipping• Online Credit Redemption
Fee(s) • $3.00 per 100 points
redeemed
You can also choose how you would like this order to ship under the “Shipping Options”
Once you have finalised your Point Only Order, click on “Continue”
Review your Point Only Order:
To continue adding products, click on “Continue Shopping”
To make changes to any part of the order, click on “Return to Cart”.
To clear your cart and delete the order click on “Clear changes”
If all order information is correct and you are ready to complete your order, click on “Process Order Now.”
Once you choose “Process Order Now”
Your credit card will be charged and your order will ship today.
Please Note: Orders must be placed before 11:00AM EST in order for it to ship today.• However, the date (and volume) for the order WILL be today –
whether it ships today or tomorrow
*IMPORTANT: If you have two Local Loyalty Rewards Templates set up e.g. 1) for Will Call and 2) another for postal to an address – make sure you cancel both if you no longer want a Local Loyalty Rewards Template.
