Dr. Quinton Hennigh, Ph.D.Proposed Advisor

Economic geologist with 25 years of exploration experience, mainly gold related. Early in his career, he explored for major mining firms including Homestake Mining Company, Newcrest Mining Ltd and Newmont Mining Corporation.

Led exploration for Gold Canyon Resources at the Springpole alkaline gold project near Red Lake Ontario, a 5 million ounce gold asset that was recently sold.

In 2010, Dr. Hennigh helped start Novo Resources and began assembling its Australian exploration portfolio. Dr. Hennigh obtained a Ph.D. in Geology/ Geochemistry from the Colorado School of Mines.

Chad Peters, B.Sc., P.Geo.Advisor

A professional geologist with over ten years of exploration and production experience in both the US and Canada. Prior to co-founding Ridgeline Minerals in 2018 Chad was a managing member of the Premier Gold Mines Ltd. exploration team responsible for the discovery of 10+ Moz. of gold.

The major mining company dilemma, time for a new entrant• The three largest landholders in Nevada are Barrick, Newmont, and Kinross, collectively holding 44,000 claims

(880,000 acres). On an annual basis this costs these juggernauts $9.7M to hold, collectively. Compared to revenue from operations, this amounts to a rounding error disincentivizing exploration activities and joint venture partnerships.

• Discoveries are made through sizable drilling budgets and a bit of luck. With no deals being done by majors and minimal exploration expenditures, it is time for a nimble company to take a commanding position and structure deals that will result in the most money being spent on that ground.
