The Sum of us is was opened by the same chef-restaurateur duo behind Tom&Serg. There are exposed pipes on the ceiling, smooth concrete floors, pine-wood seating and a vast metal staircase in the middle of the room, leading to the upper dining level. On the ground floor you’ll find a dedicated bakery, plus an in-house coffee roastery producing the café’s own blend, developed by local company Raw Coffee.
