This program will provide tips and guidance on networking, creating your resume, acing an interview, dressing for success, and more. Discover program Discover KPMG is an exciting local leadership program that lets you explore Audit, Tax and Advisory while gaining insight into the culture and career opportunities at KPMG. You may meet KPMG clients during a site visit, learn about our career development resources, network with KPMG professionals, and connect with other top college candidates. Discover KPMG allows you to learn more about becoming a part of our story and the KPMG family. Embark Scholars Embark Scholars is a multi-year internship program that helps develop high-performing students of color into the KPMG leaders of tomorrow. You will have the opportunity to complete more than one internship and benefit from industry-leading technical and professional development training. You will also have access to additional KPMG resources that will help prepare you to succeed in the competitive world of professional services. To be eligible for the Embark Scholars program, you must be from a traditionally underrepresented racial and ethnic minority group within the professional services industry.

Rise Leadership InstituteThe Rise Leadership Institute (Rise) is redefining how KPMG engages and supports inclusivity. If you’re a high-performing college freshman or sophomore who identifies as a person of color, veteran, person with disability, LGBTQ+, and/or first-generation college student, then RISE up and make your mark with KPMG! Rise offers a multi-day leadership conference, unique inclusive leader development program, variety of scholarship and career opportunities, and year-round support and learning via our Rise Master Series.

Global Advantage programKPMG Global Advantage (GA) program is a four-day training for future KPMG interns that focuses on some of the key attributes of a successful KPMG professional. Topics covered in these sessions include Leadership, Self-Awareness, Interpersonal Impact, and Cultural Versatility. All sessions are led by National KPMG partner instructors. Previous programs have been held in London, Barcelona, Dublin, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Budapest. Eligibility is limited to students who are one year away from their KPMG internship.

Winter or Summer InternshipA KPMG internship is a terrific way to learn business skills, find a mentor, build your network, and get real-world experience before graduation. You’ll get to explore what it’s really like to be a professional in Audit, Tax, Advisory, or Business Support Services, and discover the countless opportunities that will inspire your career at KPMG. If you’re on a four-year track, apply for a winter or summer internship in the spring of your sophomore year or in the fall of your junior year. If you’re on a five-year track, apply for a winter or summer internship in the spring of your junior year or the fall of your senior year.
