pavement repairs before a pavement preservation application is done in the following year.
Annual Alley Improvement Program (Debt)• New program that will allow for the repairs and improvements to alley at the rate of approx.
4-5 blocks per year.
Annual Traffic Safety and Operations Program (Cash)• Combination of Neighborhood Intersection Safety Program and Neighborhood Signal
