We drew diagrams of what would happen in each individual shot, in a note form, so that we could look at the diagram and instantly know what to do when filming.

We also put detail per diagram, with things such as time allowance, type of shot, camera movement and the dialogue so that when we filmed everyone knew what was going to happen.

I made a detailed script, using my script research skills. Including stage directions, emotions and dialogue. However we didn't use the character names for the script as it was easier to distribute and understand parts using our real names. I also colour coded it so that it was easier to read and pick out information.

For the scene between Preston and Pandora in the cafe, we didn’t follow a script. Instead we used the convention used in Made in Chelsea which we based our trailer on, which was to give ourselves a theme and scenario and then improvise around it. This then gives the effect of reality and real emotions which characters in Made in Chelsea show.

After deciding that our costumes would have to be clothes that our target audience would aspire to wear, as that's the conventions Made in Chelsea, the programme we based our trailer on does. See evaluation question 1 for more detail.

We drew out a rough diagram for the scene where Safire breaks up with Sabbo and Sierra follows her. The airial view plan helped us so that we all knew the route which we would take when filming, and so reduced the amount of takes as no one would walk in the wrong direction.

These roles were set so that we had a rough idea of who would play which role in the team, so that we were organised.

However during filming, certain roles changed, so that everyone had an equal chance at doing everything.

We decided to think of extra scenes to film if we had time, so that when editing we had extra parts to add in, such as dramatic lines or emotional lines to make out trailers more complex.

After doing all our details plan sheets to arrange costumes, scripts and cameras we put the main information into a timetable that we would follow, to keep us in a schedule. We also added in our location and order of scenes so that we knew which to prioritise.
