After control valve recalibration / servicing, the average amplitude was reduced to less than 5% which resulted into lesser requirement of instrument air.In two production lines out of five, it is estimated that annual steam saving is approx. 3,100 tons.

InsightSuiteAE has been continuously monitoring the entire dryer section of the plant. The average temperature set point was found to be maintained at 6% higher and the maximum control valve movement was observed to be 12%.
