Make a lovely Plant Fish Fillet supper with baby new potatoes and peas. 2 Plant Fish Fillets 2 handfuls of baby new potatoes 2 handfuls of frozen peas A lemon wedge A small handful of chopped parsley A drizzle of olive oil For the vegan tartar sauce: ½ a cup of vegan mayonnaise A small handful of capers A small handful of gherkins A squeeze of lemon A small handful of parsley Sea salt and black pepper to season Ingredients Place the baby new potatoes into a pan of salted boiling water. Boil for 10-15 mins. Prepare the vegan tartar sauce. Drain and chop the capers and gherkins. Chop the parsley. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix. Leave to one side. Fry the fish fillets in a glug of olive oil for 4-5 mins. 1. 2. 3. Whilst frying, put the peas in a pan of boiling water for 3 mins. Drain and drizzle with olive olive, cracked black pepper, sea salt and chopped parsley. Drain the potatoes and drizzle with olive oil, cracked black pepper and sea salt. For the vegan tartar sauce:
