Feed the Goodness Revolution with our Plant Fish Fillets. Make a lovely Plant Fish Fillet supper with baby new potatoes and peas.
2 Plant Fish Fillets 2 handfuls of baby new potatoes 2 handfuls of frozen peas A lemon wedge A small handful of chopped parsley A drizzle of olive oil
For the vegan tartar sauce:
½ a cup of vegan mayonnaise A small handful of capersA small handful of gherkins A squeeze of lemon A small handful of parsley Sea salt and black pepper to season
Ingredients Place the baby new potatoes into a pan of salted boiling water. Boil for 10-15 mins.
Prepare the vegan tartar sauce. Drain and chop the capers and gherkins. Chop the parsley. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix. Leave to one side.
Fry the fish fillets in a glug of olive oil for 4-5 mins.

3.Whilst frying, put the peas in a pan of boiling water for 3 mins. Drain and drizzle with olive olive, cracked black pepper, sea salt and chopped parsley.
Drain the potatoes and drizzle with olive oil, cracked black pepper and sea salt.
Serve with a dollop of the vegan tartar sauce and a wedge of lemon.
