Il centro Ricerca & sviluppo , che da sempre si dedica alla progettazione, sviluppo e collaudo dei nuovi prodotti, ha messo a punto il nuovo filtro che, sfruttando la forza centrifuga, è in grado di rimuovere grandi quantità di sabbia, scorie e particelle solide dall'acqua. In particolare, l'acqua entra dalla parte superiore del filtro tangenzialmente rispetto al corpo e viene accelerata dal movimento rotatorio, la sabbia e le impurità solide più pesanti dell'acqua vengono spinte contro la parete conica del corpo dalla forza centrifuga e si raccolgono nell'apposito serbatoio mentre l'acqua pulita risale dalla parte centrale del corpo. Dalle prove di laboratorio si è rilevata una capacità filtrante del 97/98 % per particelle di dimensioni da 70 micron in su ed un peso specifico maggiore o uguale a 2,5 kg/dm3, con portate comprese tra i 5 e 9 litri al secondo e cadute di pressione di 0.1/0.5 bar (1/5 m.c.a.). Da sottolineare che la capacità filtrante dei filtri metallici in commercio si attesta intorno all'85% a causa dell'inevitabile saldatura longitudinale che interrompe il movimento rotatorio dell'acqua.

La choix du matériel plastique opportunément renforcé, avec lequel le nouveau Séparateur de Sable hydrocyclone est réalisé, a été déterminée par l'exigence de conjuguer plusieurs facteurs:- résistance mécanique bon ( max pression d'exercice 5 atm) ;- basses pertes de charge grâce à la réduite friction interne admis par le parois lisses et par la particulière géométrie ;- extrême légèreté du filtre ;- facilité de démontage.Cette dernière caractéristique rend le Séparateur de Sable hydrocyclone fortement innovant par rapport aux outres produits similaires, parce que permit une inspection très facile et un enlèvement des dépôts calcaires et d'outres incrustations que peuvent influer sur le performances du produit. Séparateur de Sable hydrocyclone c'est le premier filtre hydrocyclone que peut être séparé de la chambre de récolte de la sable, en rendant possible l'inspection indépendamment du déplacement du corps.

The choice of plastic material, duly reinforced, used for the hydrociclone has been dictated by the need to combine different factors:- good mechanical resistance (max. working pressure 5 atm)- low pressure loss thanks to the low friction granted by the smooth surfaces and the peculiar geometry;- extreme lightness;- easy disassembly.This last feature makes the new hydrocyclone innovatory compared to similar products since it allows an easy inspection and removal of limestone, residuals and deposits that can affect the product performance; to this purpose, is the first hydrocyclone whose body can be separated from the tank allowing the inspection independently from the body removal.

Insérer complètement le joint en caoutchouc comme montré en photo 2.Encajar la junta completamente en la conexión como se vee en la figura 2.

Appoggiare il raccordo da accoppiare e spingere la guarnizione posizionandola al centro delle due scanalature.Pull the gasket against the grooved fitting to assemble positioning it in the centre of the two grooves.

Appuyer le raccord à accoupler et pousser le joint en caoutchouc en la positionnant au centre des deux rainures.Empujar la junta hacia el racor a conectar y ponerla en el centro de las dos ranuras.

Montare il giunto e inserire i bulloni nelle apposite sedi.Assemble the clamp joint and insert the bolts in the proper seats.

Monter le joint et insérer les boulons dans les spéciales logements.Instalar el acople e inserir los tornillos

Stringere i bulloni. Non serve forzare.Il raccordo è pronto per il successivo accoppiamento.Tighten the nuts. No need to force. The fitting is ready.
