Drained oil, sample taken, removed and Inspected oil filter with traces of red sealant and metal noted. Installed new oil filter, torqued and safetied. Serviced with 8 qts of Phillips 20W50 XJC oil. Recheck filter/oil chg at FH131.3. Cleaned all spar1< plugs, checked mag timing and Ignition leads. Checked induction systems, cleaned induction air filter IAW K&N ICA. Performed 300hr fuel nozzle cleaning, replaced nozzle seals and flow lesled good. Noxl 30Qhr nozzle Inspection due: FH406.3. Lubed all engine controls, checked all baflling, plumbing and wiring. A, dated 4/10/09, pages 17-19. Drained oil , sample taken, removed and Inspected oil filter with no defects noted. Installed new oil filter, Champion CH48108-1, torqued and safetied. Serviced with 8qts Phillips 20W5-0 XJC oil. Cleaned and regapped all spark plugs, checked mag timing, and ignition leads tested. Magneto 500 hr inspection due at FH 646.0. Borosoope preformed on all cylinders, results normal. Checked induction systems, cleaned induction air filter IAW K&N ICA. 300hr fuel nozzle cleaning and flow test due FH 406.3. Lubed all engine controls, checked all baffling, plumbing and wiring. Repaired oil leak at air conditioning adapter garloc seal with new seal, pin 654012 and gasket pin 653487, (CAS-08614). • Installed new ale drive garloc seal (pin 25102). Reinstalled ale drive pad using new gasket (pin 654012). Reinstalled ale drive assy using new gasket (pin 653487).

• Installed new pushrod packings (pin 634610) and o·rings (pin 630286) on #2 and #4 pushrod tubes. Reinstalled rocker arms using new rocker shatt bolt tab washers (pin 601868). Reinstalled Jett hand exhaust assy using new gaskets (pin 652458).

• Installed new rocker cover gaskets (pin 655705) on all rocker covers. • Installed new starter (pin 657596 (Sky· Tee Mod# C24ST3], sin 403-261012) using new o-ring.

Retorqued upper crankcase tiebolts In accordance with TCM S896·7C. • Installed new copper/asbestos crush gasket (pin MS35796·12) on oil pump bOdy plug at sump pickup tube. • Installed new gasket (pin 642892) on oil dipstick.
