EXHIBITOR INFORMATIONAn optional 10 x 10 exhibitor space in our vendor fair is included with every sponsorship. Sponsor exhibitors may arrive as early as 6:30 a.m. on June 24 and are asked to be set up, with vehicles removed from the exhibit area, by 7:30 a.m. Exhibits must be torn down by 11:45 a.m. Parking will be provided near the vendor area. Run with the Pack is a rain or shine event. Tents are highly recommended. Please note that our permit FORBIDS SALE OF MERCHANDISE AT THE PARK. Any exhibit deemed contrary to the mission and principles of Pets Without Parents may be adjusted or removed. Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome. Pets must be spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and on a non-retractable leash.

SPONSOR AGREEMENTIn consideration of Pets Without Parents permitting the Sponsor to participate in Run with the Pack, the Sponsor hereby releases for itself and assigns any and all rights, liability, causes of action and claims that may now or hereafter accrue to the Sponsor or which it may now or hereafter assert against Pets Without Parents, the City of Columbus, any other sponsors of this event, or the officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns of any of them for personal injury and/or property damage that the Sponsor or its property may suffer or sustain as a result of participation in the Run. The Sponsor assumes all risks of any such injury or damage. The Sponsor agrees that its name and any photographs of its representatives, work or booth may be used by Pets Without Parents or any media organizations covering the event for publicity purposes.
