Based on Sava’s nine decades of tradition in the rubber manufacturing industry, we produce and market a broad range of high quality in-dustrial rubber products and tyres. Rubber compounds for rubber products have been developed and mixed in the Sava Group since 1920. We always seek the optimum compound for your product. Products are manufactured from all types of elastomers: EPDM, SBR, BR, NBR, NR, CR, CSM, CIIR, HNBR, ECO, AEM, FPM, VMQ. Those in a combination of rubber/metal, rubber/plastic and rubber/foil are available too. Each compound can be adapted to your special requirements and applications.

COMPOUNDS ARE DEVELOPED AND ANALYSED IN OUR OWN INTERNATIONALLY ACCREDITED LABORATORY

The range of the services we provide includes the development, analysis and testing of rubber compounds. The in-house central laboratory has been certified according to the SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard and is the largest elastomer research laboratory in south-eastern Europe. We also provide physical, chemical and technology laboratory services in the field of polymers.

EXTENDING TO THE FUTURE THROUGH VIRTUAL DESIGNAND DEVELOPMENT

The development of a new product is time-consuming and costly as numerous modi-fications are required before the product obtains its final shape. Through the assis-tance of virtual development these costs can be reduced to a minimum, while the time for developing the final product version can be significantly shortened. Using sophisticated special software for the virtual design of rubber prod-ucts we can identify risks even in the development phase, thus avoiding those that might appear during manufacture or practical use.

Savatech manufactures a wide range of rubber moulded products for the automotive, construction and white goods industry as well as for other in-dustrial applications.

We offer the development and manufacture of precision products made of rubber and plastic such as non-return valves.

We also provide the automotive industry and its suppliers with complex compo-nents made of rubber and plastic, and seek optimum solutions and improvements in their functionality.
