Organizations use a lot of space

Commercial real estate in the US accounts for

12 billionsquare feet of covered area

This space is expensive

Providing a workspace for one employee can cost your organization between

$4,000 - $14,000dollars per year.

This space is often under-utilized

The average organization uses only

50% of their space on any given day.

Various Use Cases and Challenges

DIGITAL ASSET LIFECYCLE

The manual input of data into a maintenance system for thousands of assets is a costly, error prone process.

SEMANTIC INSIGHTS

Analyzing thousands of IoT devices cannot provide meaningful insights without a semantic method.

FLUID SPACES

The lack of real-time occupancy information within a building inhibits effective energy and space performance.

MY COGNITIVE CAMPUS

Increase productivity of teams by providing a comfortable environment and easy navigation.

MY ARTEFACT

Maintaining the perfect environment for art galleries and museums is critical.

REAL TIME ASSET LOCATION

Finding assets and their relevant data is challenging, in particular when you are in the field.

SELF-LEARNING ENERGY

DIAGNOSER

Energy consumption has many influences and it is hard to detect and diagnose abnormal consumption.

COGNITIVE ASSET HEALTH

Predictive and preventive maintenance are immanent to reduce operation costs, but, lack the required sensors.

SCALABLE IOT PLATFORM

Cognitive Buildings require a highly scalable platform for data integration and analysis.

COGNITIVE CONCIERGE

Guiding people to their rooms and answering their questions is an central element of hospitality.

Fluid Spaces

Ayman can compare space bookings against real-time information of the space utilisation. He can plan ahead and better utilize the available space using predicted models. integrated dashboard with TRIRIGAPeople Count with Modcam and TRIRIGA cost reporting

„Everything is booked, but, there is definitely an empty room that you can use.“

▪ Eiffel TowerWonderful to see most elevators hardware are still the original equipment and in good working condition!

▪ Empire State BuildingIt takes forever to get up there. You don't take one elevator straight through.

▪ One World Trade CenterNow that's a fancy elevator ride.

▪ Space NeedleI love how you can decide what launch time you want to go up

The Louvre, Paris

The worst air-conditioning

There isn't much for air conditioning soif going during a warm season dress inattire that will keep you cool!

There's a lot of stairs and not very goodairflow so you're sure to sweat!

The overall experience, however, couldbe improved upon starting with airconditioning.

Best Restroom Facilities

Sydney Opera House

It's unique and beautiful in pictures, buteven better in person. Even the restroomsinks are fun to look at!

Also, the toilets inside are great - alwaysan important feature of a cultural andhistorical landmark!

I have to say the restroom was one of thenicest one I been to in Australia.

There is plenty of sitting and standingspace outside the playhouse and thetoilets were clean and plentiful ...
