certificates and statutory declaration and must be provided to homeroom teacher the day they return.
• Must be brought in to homeroom teacher within 3 days of absence• Stat dec must be made the same day of absence for that day only• Stat dec only accepted for illness• Stat dec is for one day absence only. Any more must be supported by
a med cert• A pharmacist medical certificate is not to be used. It must be a
