Shirke Engineering was established in the year 1983 at MIDC – PUNE primarily with the aim to cater to the needs of engineering industry of PUNE, to meet their heavy job work demands. We are one of the leading manufacturers in Pimpri MIDC having its own fabrication & machining facility under single roof & involved in Heavy & critical Fabrication & Machining activities.We are engaged into heavy component manufacturing for Automobile, steel & cement industries , sugar industries , Defense & aeronautical industries , Automation & material handling industries to equipment manufacturing industries for domestic as well as international clients.Today we are proud to have Quality Heavy Fabrication Shop along with suitable heavy machine shop spared over 40000 sq ft area at one place in PUNE.Our main expertise is to develop & manufacture heavy & critical components , assemblies & systems / equipments within very little time frame at minimum cost keeping highest quality standards.We are focused on developing & manufacturing critical components for our clients in India & Abroad.

INFRASTRUCTURE(LAND/BUILDING/POWER /HANDLING)

We have a well built-up Infrastructure suitable to meet all our requirements in-house.

We are spread up over an area of more than 40,000 SQFT in MIDC Pimpari, PUNE.

MIDC Pimpri PUNE is a fully developed Industrial Area of Maharashtra Government, and is situated in PUNE city, well connected by Road, Rail and Air with rest of the country.

We have more than 30,000 SQFT built-up in the form of Manufacturing Facility (Shed and Office).

Manufacturing area is well supported by light illumination & concrete flooring.

With Power cut exemptions in this area and having a connected load of 200 KVA, we have sufficient availability of POWER to cater to all our requirements.

We have installed 100 KVA D G Sets, as a stand by to overcome power failure problems.

Shop is equipped with 4 no EOT cranes 10 Ton capacity each. & can handle up to 20 ton job comfortably.

New Manufacturing Facility:

Our New manufacturing facility is under development on area of 22000 Sq. mtr. at MIDC Kesurdi Dist Satara ,about 60KM from our existing facility.

Our new manufacturing facility shall be having shop floor area about 48,000 sq.ft. in 3 bays , each bay will be of size 20mtr wide x 72 mtr in length & height under crane hook shall be 9mtr.

Crane capacity will be 40 Ton each & max 80 Ton job can be handled at a time.

The facility shall be equipped with all latest manufacturing facilities like CNC plasma cutting & laser cutting equipments , latest welding machines along with skilled technicians for fabrication of M.S.,S.S. & Aluminum materials & will have in house Facility for shot blasting & painting.

The Infrastructure development is in progress & will be having installed manufacturing capacity of 500 Ton fabricated & machined components per annum.

Raw Material Testing : Facility for Physical and Chemical testing of RAW MATERIALS (Destructive and non

destructive) is available through NABL approved Laboratories in our industrial area.

Welding and Assembly : Die Penetrate Testing: Testing facility available in house with trained and qualified personnel.

Other testing facilities outsourced from reputed qualified agencies. Magnetic particle testing: YES Radiography / X-ray testing: YES Pressure Test / Leak test: YES Performance Trial Test: Where parts, components are subjected to Heavy Loads, we test the

parts for performance test also.
