Global HR transformation Program – Thyssenkrupp AG Country lead Transformation (UKI & NL) Duration: 18 months (2016-2018), scope: worldwide 15.000 employees Project to Transform & standardize HR processes and outsource Payroll Processes worldwide towards NGA. Multiple parallel projects on Processes, Operating Model, Delivery model and HR-IT systems (SuccessFactors and other). Globally driven, locally implemented. Oracle HCM Cloud implementation – Omron Europe Program manager & Strategic Architect Duration: 6 months (2014), scope: Europe 10.00 employees Full Cloud (SaaS) adoption in terms of processes and procedures.
