2016 | Cultural Initiatives
PMA will partner with today’s premiere agencies creating unique programming to; bring clients up close and
personal to the action, garner international press, drive fresh campaigns, and touch audiences and key targets
through intimate programs across these elite opportunities. PMA has relationships with top PR firms,
film studios, and producers, to bring forward note-worthy, upscale opportunities worth any budget. Between these cultural moments PMA works with Film Studios such as; Paramount, Warner Brothers, and Sony Pictures on film premiere/screening campaigns to marriage brands with
today’s leading talent and motion pictures.
Sundance Film Festival January 22st-26st
For 4 nights during the Sundance Film Festival PMA partners with A list Communications to bring you Super Suite in Park City Utah, to
highlight tomorrow’s critically acclaimed films with a series of screenings, luncheons, intimate
dinners, and cocktail events. Each event is produced, managed, and promoted by A list
Communications and features fine hospitality experiences that celebrates artistic
achievements of the official guest(s) of honor – all hosted in a prime, luxury setting, and dining prepared by world class celebrity chefs. No one
does Sundance better.
Miami Yacht Week February 14th-16th
My Yacht Group and PMA partner to bring you aboard a beautiful private luxury mega yacht for three nights of intimate affairs, inviting on board big boat enthusiasts from
around the globe, and power players alike, for live entertainment, caviar, cigars, and fine hospitality during the industry’s most iconic weeks of the year. This year we return in
partnership with Swiss bank AG Wealth Management.
SXSW- March 12th-14th
Our Associates at BMF Media Group, will once again bring the Music Lounge to Austin, creating the ultimate VIP retreat for luminaries, media trendsetters, and influencers
across various cultural communities to treat themselves during the SXSW music festival. The Music Lounge has become known as one of the most exclusive and highly-visible
non- official SXSW events. For three straight days, the Music Lounge provides complimentary hospitality, killer activations, and soak in great live performances from today’s promising artists. The Music Lounge allows brands to activate at a centrally
located, populated Austin venue and engage directly with key players, passer-by-ers and targets.
Coachella April 11th-13th
Our associates BMF Media Group returns to Coachella in a big way for the 7th consecutive year! Feeding off the original vision to create a
multi-day VIP mainstay, it is now widely known as one of the most anticipated events attracting a
spectrum of allure ranging form top musical talent, to models, influencers and visionaries. This VIP
experience engages guests with live daytime performances, over the top activations, gifting
suites, and top-notch hospitality. Guests have the opportunity to break away from the masses, and come get spoiled while vibing out to tunes, and
complimentary libations.
Cannes Film Festival May 9th-16th
Nicholas Frankel of My Yacht Group and PMA bring you to the south of France in style aboard one of the most beautiful private yachts in
the harbor during the 69th Cannes Film Festival and offers the unique opportunity for luxury and hospitality partners to activate and
reach this elite set including; multi-millionaires, actors, studio executives, models, and industry leaders to enjoy live entertainment,
fine services, caviar, cigars, exquisite libations, and delectable delights till late into the evening. This boat party is one not to be
missed and garners international press year after year.
Soirée au Louvre Gala May 19th
PMA supports American Friends of the Louvre- Yong Patrons Circle Spring Gala, “Soirée au Louvre” and year after year, art enthusiast, museum patrons, and Manhattan’s social elite gather for one of the most delightful evenings of the spring social season. The Soirée au
Louvre Gala will be held at the glamorous and historic Villard Mansion of The New York Palace Hotel on May 19th from 7-11pm
offering a 3 course black tie dinner for 60 guests, as well as a cocktail soirée for 150 guests in the elegant Gold Room where
guests will dance and mingle, and enjoy silent auction offerings.
Monaco Grand Prix Formula 1 May 26th-29th
For the 11th year in a row, with Nicholas Frankl we bring you another premiere opportunity, to have the best view in the house during one of the most iconic sporting events in the world. With a front row seat aboard a mega yacht and speedy tenders invite
guests right in the middle of the action! Brands have the opportunity to activate on and off board to the real high-flyers in ultimate style. Guests also attend the on-board hosted Annual Royalty Charity Reception that traditionally see’s HSH Prince Albert II, and HSH Princess Charlene of Monaco, along with
stars from the world of F1 and like-minded top VIP’s, celebrities and notables.
The Hamptons Golf ClassicThe 12th Annual Hamptons Golf Classic provides an
outlet for Hampton socialites, executives, entertainment industry personalities and VIP’s a-like to compete one another outside the office and on the green. This year,
HGC has expanded to a full lifestyle experience weekend featuring a VIP intimate dinner kick off at a
grand Sag Harbor Estate. On Sunday HGC will host a lavish 5 star brunch to follow a golf pro expo and
presentation with the golf pro’s themselves (TBD). The tournament will take place Monday June 20th at the
Hampton Hills Golf & Country Club.
Mykonos Art House July 29th
For the first time Gotham and Mykonos finally meet. Last summer a parade of wealthy Manhattan elite flocked to Mykonos making it the top destination of summer. In partnership with
New York Art Curator and expert Maria Brito, and Local gallerist Marina Vranopulou PMA presents the first-ever New York-based contemporary art exhibition compromised of soley New
York Artists to Mykonos. This four week show starting July 29th will also include an opening reception, intimate VIP dinner, and an exclusive after party, inviting in-the-know New Yorkers,
and the Greek elite to come together for this extraordinary evening.
Lollapalooza August 1st-2nd
BMF (should this be PMA?) does it again! For the 7th consecutive year BMF brings an emmersive world to Lollapalooza setting itself on
top as a noteworthy haven for all festival goers, groupies, pass-er-byers, and even VIP’s. This platform has something for everyone,
from family friendly activations, killer build-outs and brand experiences to coveted invitations to some to Lollapalooza’s
premiere late night shindigs featuring top talent performances. Over the first weekend our brands take over the lobby and bars of the
Hard Rock Hotel offering (genuinely) the best programming year after year.
New York Fashion Week
September 14th-17th
For the 12th year, A list communications presents
Style360 a compelling multi-day celebrity filled platform consisting of daily fashion shows with top celebrity designers, hospitality in
between presentations, and hosts a series of evening
parties celebrating honoree’s till late into the night. Past
media partners include; Elle Magazine, Glamour Magazine,
and Us Weekly. Style360 garners international fashion
press and invites urban trendsetters, media elite, and
celebrities to take part in fashion week in a major way.
Art Basel Miami December 2nd-December 6th
Art Basel Miami is flooded with do’s and don’t(s). This is one of the must-do events of the week. My Yacht Group and
PMA invites billionaire collectors, real art enthusiasts and the social elite aboard a beautiful top of the line luxury
motor vessel to enjoy the finer things in life from top shelf spirits and champagne, to caviar and cigars while listening
to live entertainment, in one of the most exclusive events Art Basel has to offer. Partners have various on and off-board opportunities to truly activate to this top tier clientele during
the most stimulating week in the art world.
