If registering for a higher qualification (B.Tech) then a certified copy of the diploma or degree certificate which serves as an entrance requirement.

Certified copy of an Academic Record and Certificate of Conduct if previously registered at another university.

Where exemptions are requested, the student must produce a certified copy of an academic record and a certificate of conduct from the relevant University on the day of registration together with the relevant fee.

� Students who have a valid student number can deposit payments directly into the following bank account using the prescribed M65 (deposit slip) form. These forms are available at registration venues and cashier offices. (also available on DUT website at www.dut.ac.za)
