PMEXPO 2020 October 20 & 21 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

1. Is registration open?YES! Go to PMEXPO.vfairs.com and click Register. The image below is the top of the Landing Page – scroll down to see a list of sponsors, including Passport to Prizes Scavenger Hunt sponsors.

2. Do I need to register for PMEXPO and the Job Fair separately?No, your registration will provide access to the PMEXPO and Job Fair exhibit halls,Auditorium, Networking Lounge, Info Desk and lunchtime activities (yoga and dance).

3. How do I log in on October 20 and 21?Just go to PMEXPO.vfairs.com and login with the email address you used duringregistration.

4. How does the Passport to Prizes Scavenger Hunt work?The list of Passport sponsors is available on the landing page of vFairs (the page whereyou register and login subsequently). On October 21, visit those booths and click on the

exhibitor’s logo. In order to qualify for prizes, YOU MUST CHAT WITH EACH EXHIBITOR. Also look for Halloween-themed icons scattered elsewhere and click to add them to your collection.

5. What are the prizes? You could “leave” the event $5,000 richer! Or, you could win another fabulous prize including:

6. Is it true there is also a Photo Contest? YES! We’ve partnered with our friend Ted Showker at the SillyShotz Photobooth Company to add some extra fun! Text a selfie to 719-356-7926 with the keyword EXPO; within minutes you will receive your very own PMEXPO branded photo. The photo will be available in the Photo Gallery (go to the Networking Lounge to view all the photos). Rules:

• You must post your photo with #PMEXPO2020 on any of PMA’s

social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter.

• Extra points will be awarded if your selfie somehow includes PMEXPO, i.e. photo of you viewing a seminar, chatting at an exhibitor’s booth, or attending a yoga class. Be creative!

The winner of the photo contest will receive a $200 gift card.

7. If I miss a session, may I view the recording? Yes, all of the sessions will be recorded and available on-demand for 30 days after the event.

8. How long will content be available after the event? In addition to the sessions, you may access materials in the exhibitors’ booths for 30 days after the show.

9. What is the cost of the yoga class and dance session?

They are FREE thanks to the generosity of our sponsors Power for Life Fitness (yoga) and Grace Hill, Inc. (dance).

10. My computer skills are not great. Will I have trouble navigating the site? No, we think you will find it really easy. Just like an in-person event, there are signs pointing you to the exhibit halls, Auditorium, Networking Lounge and Info Desk. We will be posting more detailed instructions soon. If you get lost or just need a little help, stop by the Info Desk, or email Nancy Macklin at nancy@pma-dc.org.

11. What do I do if I have technical issues or need to speak to a PMA staff member?

Just pop into the Info Desk where you can chat with vFairs and PMA staff.
