2- Show the value of PM & Chapter in particular for each segment of target: Companies, Public sector, Government,

Academic, Communities: Have a key actor presently working in this field.

3- Get sponsorships / establish partnerships onsite: Propose promotional sponsor packages for companies.

4- Sell services: register members, sell PMI books & gadgets.

2. ASSIGN INDIVIDUAL PREFERENCES TO EACH IDEA AS FOLLOWS.

FOR X=14 IDEAS, ASSIGN “X” (i.e. 14) TO FAVORITE IDEA & "1" TO LEAST FAVORITE.

3. SUM THE INDIVIDUAL RANKING ORDER SCORES FOR EACH IDEA.

4. SORT THE LIST BY SCORE IN DESCENDING ORDER.

5. REVIEW ANY SIGNIFICANT VARIANCES IN INDIVIDUAL RANKINGS.

2. PICK INDIVIDUAL PREFERRECES USING THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

• 15 - 25 ideas: 5 Choices

• 10 - 15 ideas: 4 Choices

• 5 - 10 ideas: 3 Choices

3. CONSOLIDATE CHOSEN SOLUTIONS INTO A COMBINED MASTER LIST.

4. SUM THE NUMBER OF RESPONSES FOR EACH IDEA ON THE LIST.
