PMI Stage 2 Draft

1. Copywriter sends PMI Stage 2 Draft back to PMI Specialist.

2. PMI Specialist will upload the PMI Stage 2 Draft into basecamp and send a message to the team letting them know it is back from the copywriter and if the copywriter left any notes and what still needs to be addressed if anything is missing.

PMI Stage 1 Brief Entered into Basecamp (by PMI Specialist)1) PMI Brief is created from ORCA (Previous Edition) and IPS Narrative and then entered into basecamp.

If Final PMI is going to ORCA,

1. PMI Specialist will review the Final PMI to make sure the information meets the standards.

2. PMI Specialist will upload the Final PMI into Basecamp and then send the Final PMI to the ORCA MSA to upload.

3. If you would like to review the PMI after it comes back from the copyeditor please inform the PMI Specialist otherwise the PMI will go straight to ORCA

(Allow 15 business days for your information to be uploaded onto the websites and Magellan)

PMI Stage 2 Draft (Team Verifies Content in Basecamp)1. Editorial should go in and make sure all editorial fields are filled in – once finished they will create a message in

basecamp to let the whole team know that they are done and that it is now Marketing’s turn. 2. Marketing should then go in and make sure all marketing fields are filled in – once finished they will need to send a

note to PMI Specialist to let them know that the PMI is ready to move to either the copyeditor or ORCA.

If PMI is going to COPYEDITOR,

1. PMI Specialist formats the PMI into the Stage 2 Draft and then sends to Copyeditor.

2. They will put “EDITING CLOSED – with Copyeditor” in basecamp – no edits can be made at this time to the PMI.

3. Copyeditor will check for grammatical errors, spelling and to make sure all information meets the standards.

4. Copyeditor sends Final PMI back to PMI Specialist.

(1 week turnaround – this time period can be changed due to circumstances)

If PMI is going to COPYWRITER,

1. PMI Specialist will send the PMI Brief to the copywriter

2. They will put “EDITING CLOSED – with Copywriter” in basecamp – no edits can be made at this time to the PMI.

3. Copywriter reworks PMI Draft.

(1 week turnaround – this time period can be changed due to circumstances)
